Lindsey was born and raised in the Salt Lake Valley. She grew up with a great love of sports and played any time she got the chance. She focused on volleyball in high school and after sustaining injuries to her ankle and shoulder she found herself in physical therapy.
She was amazed by her body’s ability to heal with the help of her physical therapist. Her experience with physical therapy led her to study Exercise Physiology with a split minor in Spanish and Nutrition at BYU-Idaho. She started working for Matt in April 2014 while finishing her degree online. Lindsay has enjoyed her continued work with Matt and Jess in being a part of their journey of starting Dynamic Physical Therapy from the beginning.
Getting to know the patients and see them improve through their time at Dynamic Physical Therapy is a particular joy to Lindsey. She strongly believes that the peaceful, happy atmosphere that is found at Dynamic Physical Therapy is crucial to the healing process.
She is happily married to her husband, Jared and loves being a mom to their son, Declan. She is very grateful for a flexible job that allows her to be home often with her son while still finding fulfillment outside of the home.
Toni is a native of Salt Lake City where she graduated from Olympus High School in 2006. Toni married her high school sweetheart and the two live in the area enjoying outdoor activities, traveling, and spending time with one another. Toni is an avid baker and chef and you can often find her in the kitchen.
Speaking fluent Greek, Toni is excited to make a return visit to Greece this fall with her husband and friends.
Toni joined the Dynamic Physical Therapy team after being impressed with her care as a patient and wanting to be a part of providing such quality treatment to others. She greatly enjoys interacting with patients and finds value in assisting in the healing process.
Amelia was born in Salt Lake City, UT where she fostered a love for the great outdoors. Her passion for the outdoors and being active led her to pursue a Bachelor's of Science in Exercise Sports Science which she earned in 2015.
In addition to working at Dynamic Physical Therapy, Amelia feeds her active side teaching adaptive skiing and cycling. When she is not working, Amelia can often be found in the garden, or any activity that involves being outside.
Amelia is excited to work at Dynamic Physical Therapy for the exposure and experience in the field to help her towards her goal of one day earning a Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
Raina calls Salt Lake City home although she moved around frequently growing up. She returned for her studies and is currently in her fifth year at Westminster where she is studying Biology and Pre-Physical Therapy. She plans to attend graduate school to become a DPT after completing her undergraduate degree.
Her interest in physical therapy started from watching both parents practice in the medical field and a deep desire to help others. Raina shadowed Matt Nelson and worked in another physical therapy clinic before becoming a part of the Dynamic Physical Therapy team.
Raina is in the Army ROTC program at the University of Utah. She loves being outdoors, hiking, and travelling. She also enjoys scuba diving and drawing.
