Lindsey Burnett
Office Manager/Billing Specialist

     Lindsey was born and raised in the Salt Lake Valley. She grew up with a great love of sports and played any time she got the chance. She focused on volleyball in high school and after sustaining injuries to her ankle and shoulder she found herself in physical therapy.

     She was amazed by her body’s ability to heal with the help of her athletic trainer and physical therapist. Her experience with physical therapy led her to study Exercise Physiology with a split minor in Spanish and Nutrition at BYU-Idaho. She started working for Matt in April 2014 while finishing her degree online. Lindsey has enjoyed her continued work with Matt and Jess in being a part of their journey of starting Dynamic Physical Therapy from the beginning.

     Getting to know the patients and see them improve through their time at Dynamic Physical Therapy is a particular joy to Lindsey. She strongly believes that the peaceful, happy atmosphere that is found at Dynamic Physical Therapy is crucial to the healing process.

     She is happily married to her husband, Jared, and loves being a mom to their children, Declan, Hunter, and Norah. She is very grateful for a flexible job that allows her to be home often with her family while still finding fulfillment outside of the home.

Madisyn Ladle - Receptionist

​Madi has lived in Utah her whole life and loves everything about the nature we have here. She is a current full-time student at the University of Utah studying Health & Kinesiology. She plans on going to Physical therapy school after graduating.

In her free time she enjoys running, hiking, and all things baking/cooking. She is a huge foodie and will talk about food to anyone that will listen. Madi joined the Dynamic team in March of 2023 and loves seeing all of our patient’s accomplishments throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Grace Coates - Receptionist

Grace grew up moving quite a bit but always spent the summers in Utah with her family. She moved back to Utah from the Philippines in 2018 where she finished high school and attended USU as well as SLCC before deciding to pursue her license in medical aesthetics at NIMA. 

Grace grew up being very active whether it was cheerleading, dance, roller derby, softball or just swimming in her pool after school. While in high school she discovered her love for teaching and currently teaches swimming lessons to all ages. She joined the team here at Dynamic in September of 2023 and has loved watching all the amazing progress our patients are making everyday.

Kate Nelson- Receptionist

​Kate was raised in Salt Lake City for the majority of her life. She is a full-time high school student & a Junior at Murray High School. She loves doing ballet, skiing, & golfing. She is very interested in Business & is a member of DECA & FBLA. When she goes to college, she intends to major in pre-med & minor in business. Kate joined Dynamic in October of 2022 & loves conversing with the staff & patients as well as seeing patient’s recoveries. She looks forward to working whenever she gets the chance.

Nikki Tigges - Receptionist

Nikki is from Columbus, Ohio and just recently relocated to Utah. She loves the outdoors and grew up camping, backpacking, and canoeing. She is a big OSU football fan and never misses a game. She attended Columbus State and worked in customer service before joining the Dynamic team. Nikki enjoys being apart of patient’s healing and helping make their days better.
