Betsy McKinney, E-RYT 200
Betsy has been practicing yoga since 2015, and teaching since 2017. Since then, she has taught a wide variety of yogic styles, including developing her own; led trainings and workshops; and worked with a wide range of fitness levels and physical abilities.
Her classes offer detailed alignment cues, breath-initiated movement, and creative sequencing all in an authentic and accepting environment.
